You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, queen.ph may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, queen.ph reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
12.3 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the queen.ph support team. Termination by you will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.
